Mr. Muirhead

Mr. Muirhead has a vast knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality and Financial Sectors.  Holding key positions within both local and international organisations in South Africa and abroad.  He is strong on financial controls, is methodical in his approach, and maintains a high focus on statutory regulations, and corporate ethics.  His strength lies in developing, implementing, reviewing and controlling company policies, and being able to adapt and incorporate them into various unique working environments.  He is diligent on risk management and business continuity planning. His philosophy on business management is simple:-

Mr. Muirhead has been an accredited assessor and facilitator since 2003 and has written a number of programmes for various organizations.  In addition to Kambaram Business School, he is and Executive Director, Chairman, Treasurer and owner for a number of other organisations.

Dr. Schutte

Dr. Schutte, PHD, D Th, D Litt et Phil, MA, BA (Hons), BD, BA, CE, is a multi-skilled consultant, lecturer and academic.  He has a passion for working with and developing the potential in people. As a public and motivational speaker, he flourishes on the interaction with people.  As a leading researcher and writer, he is constantly publishing articles in local and international journals and magazines.  His current and previous experience includes his work as a consultant to General Motors on issues relating from Human resources, marketing, standards control, to management training.  He is also a business coach and mentor, assisting (PDI) entrepreneurs with strategic analysis, business and marketing plans.  He has done numerous event co-ordinating, fundraising and training for several welfare organisations, and at the moment he is upgrading his knowledge regarding the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment codes of practice by the Department of trade and Industry. He also lectures MBA subjects at a leading educational institution and is one of only a few people in the country who holds two research associates with another.

Dr. Bahadur

Dr. Bahadur, An expert in his field with a PHD and Masters in Business Administration highlighting his academics and having studied through various financial institutions.  He has facilitated to corporate leaders and consulted to an international embassy, King, Queen and Princess, Blue Chip and SME's.  He is an accredited facilitator, lecturing with a paradigm shift methodology.  

Other Guest Lecturers

Throughout the course of the executive programme, various other lecturers and facilitators along with other captains of industry will run some of the curriculum with Kambaram Business School.  All these individuals are highly qualified within their fields and are recognized as experts within their industry.

Board of Trustees

The board of trustees are responsible for running Kambaram along its charter.  It represents a unique blend of cultures, personalities and is mandated to ensure the continued transference of skills through its various activities geared towards bridging the Gap.
